REGISTRATION CATEGORIES
Registration fee for BRACIS + ENIAC + STIL + CTDIAC + KDMILe includes i) admission to all sessions and plenaries of BRACIS and all collocated events (ENIAC + STIL + CTDIAC + KDMILe); ii) conference materials; and iii) coffee breaks.
Registration + SBC Membership (SBC Combo) refers to a discounted rate applied when registering for the event and becoming a member of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC). It has the advantage of making these two benefits cheaper than purchasing each one separately, being the most advantageous option to those that are not SBC members yet. More information on the benefits of becoming a member can be found on SBC’s webpage (only in Portuguese).
Student fees (GRADUATE and UNDERGRADUATE) are available only for students who are enrolled in a higher education institution as undergraduate or graduate students (PhD or Master). Proof of student status containing affiliation, attendee’s name, enrollment course, and current date must be shown upon request. Failure to present such a proof document will imply paying the difference for moving to the Professional registration category (with no discount). Student fees do not apply to postdocs. For postdocs, the Professional fee will be charged.
Any members that use the SBC institutional registration gratitude and have accepted papers must pay the publication fee.
STIL ONLY CATEGORY
STIL only registrations give access only to STIL technical sessions, which includes PaDAWan, TILIC and JDP.
AUTHORS
At least one author for each accepted paper to be presented at BRACIS 2024 must confirm their registration by October 30, 2024. Each BRACIS + ENIAC + STIL + CTDIAC + KDMILe PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION (OR BRACIS STUDENT REGISTRATION with a Publication Paper Fee) covers up to two accepted papers in any BRACIS 2024 event. If you have more than 2 papers accepted, you must pay the Extra Paper Fee for each paper beyond the second.
Each “Only STIL PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION” covers up to two accepted papers in STIL, PaDaWan, JDP or TILIC.
PAYMENT
Payments made by ticket and debit card end on November 14, 2024. Payments made by credit card, notes of commitment (nota de empenho), Pix, or billing can be done until the event’s last day.
IMAGE RIGHTS
Although BRACIS 2024 is entirely in-person, there may be some moments of online broadcasts. Thus, my image and speech may be transmitted, recorded, and edited (through cuts or exclusion/joining of segments) during the broadcasts. This content is the exclusive property of the Brazilian Computer Society and may be used subsequently for dissemination through various communication channels and advertising materials, without commercial purposes.
