Promotional Registration
The COMBO category includes both the event registration and SBC membership at a discounted rate. This is the most cost-effective option for those who are not yet SBC members, as the registration fees are lower than those of the standard categories and include SBC membership.

Registration Fees
Registration for BRACIS 2025 includes access to all BRACIS activities, as well as to all co-located events: ENIAC, STIL, WESAAC, SBDD, KDMiLe and BSB.

Proof of Category
Each Professional registration covers the publication of one full paper in the proceedings of BRACIS, SBDD, ENIAC, STIL or KDMiLe. Authors registering in other categories or Professional authors with more than one accepted paper, must pay an Additional Publication Fee of R$120.00 per extra paper.
During registration in the ECOS system, the author must fill in the fields “Título do artigo” (Paper Title) and “Número JEMS do artigo” (JEMS Paper Number) in the “Artigos” (Papers) section to indicate which papers are covered by the registration and any associated publication fees. No document needs to be uploaded to JEMS.
A registration will only be considered valid when its status appears as Paga (Paid), except in the case of invoice-based or purchase order (Nota de Empenho) payments, which may take longer to process, and institutional memberships with fee waivers, which will be verified by SBC.
Author Registration
Cada inscrição Profissional dá direito à publicação de um artigo, completo ou curto, nos anais dos eventos SBBD, BRACIS, ENIAC, STIL e KDMiLe. Autores inscritos nas demais categorias ou autores inscritos na categoria Profissional com mais de um artigo aprovado deverão incluir no momento da inscrição uma Taxa de Publicação no valor de R$ 120,00 por artigo.
Ao efetuar sua inscrição no sistema ECOS, o autor deverá preencher os campos “Título do artigo” e “Número JEMS do artigo”, na área “Artigos”, indicando os artigos que estão cobertos por aquela inscrição e taxas de publicação associadas. Com isso, não será necessário fazer upload de qualquer comprovante no JEMS.
Uma inscrição só será considerada válida quando seu status aparecer como “Pago”, com exceção das inscrições por nota de empenho ou faturamento, que possuem um prazo maior de processamento, e das inscrições de sócios institucionais com direito a isenção, que serão verificadas junto à SBC.
Payment Methods
Registration fees can be paid through bank slip (boleto), credit card, Banco do Brasil account debit, purchase order (nota de empenho) or invoice, all processed via the SBC registration system.
- Payments via bank slip or debit are available until September 25, 2025.
- Payments via credit card, purchase order, or invoice will remain available until the last day of the event.
For purchase order or invoice payments, participants must complete their registration in the system, select the appropriate payment method, and click “pagar” (pay). The system will then provide the necessary information to be included in the purchase order or invoice request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested by September 9, 2025 will be refunded 70% of the paid amount. After this date, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to the cancellation of the registration as well as any additional activities. To request a cancellation, email: faturamento@sbc.org.br.
