BRACIS is one of the most important events in Brazil for researchers interested in publishing significant and novel results in Artificial and Computational Intelligence. It originated from the combination of the two most prominent scientific events in Brazil in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computational Intelligence (CI): the Brazilian Symposium on Artificial Intelligence (SBIA), which had 22 editions, and the Brazilian Symposium on Neural Networks (SBRN), which had 13 editions. It is an annual event organized by the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC) and is supported by the special interest groups on Artificial Intelligence (CEIA) and Computational Intelligence (CEIC). The event promotes both the theoretical aspects and applications of Artificial and Computational Intelligence, while also encouraging the exchange of scientific ideas among researchers, practitioners, scientists, and industry professionals.

The Encontro Nacional de Inteligência Artificial e Computacional (ENIAC) is a national forum for researchers, practitioners, educators, and students to present and discuss innovations, trends, experiences, developments, and ongoing work in the fields of Artificial and Computational Intelligence.

The Brazilian Symposium in Information and Human Language Technology (STIL) is a multidisciplinary conference covering a broad spectrum of disciplines related to Human Language Technology, such as Linguistics, Computer Science, Psycholinguistics, and Information Science, among others. It aims to bring together both academic and industry participants working in these fields.

The 2025 edition of BRACIS and ENIAC will be organized as a joint event. STIL will be co-located with BRACIS and ENIAC, continuing the format of recent editions.

In 2025, for the second time, BRACIS, ENIAC, and STIL will also be held in conjunction with the SBBD (40th Simpósio Brasileiro de Banco de Dados) and KDMiLe (Symposium on Knowledge Discovery, Mining, and Learning).
