BRACIS 2026 will take place in Cuiaba, Mato Grosso, at Centro de Eventos UniSENAI. Each edition brings together researchers, students, and professionals for cutting-edge updates, high-value networking, and discussions on the frontiers of Artificial Intelligence.

Registration Fees
Registration for BRACIS 2026 gives access to all BRACIS events and also participation in all co-located events: KDMILE, BSB, SBBD, ENIAC, STIL and WESAAC.
Registration in the ONLY STIL category gives access only to the technical sessions of STIL, including the TILIC and JDP events.

SBC COMBO
The COMBO category includes event registration plus SBC membership at a special price. Combined options are the best choice for participants who are not currently associated with SBC, because registration fees are lower than the non-combo categories and already include membership.

Important Guidelines
Proof of Chosen Category
For categories that require some type of proof, you will be required to upload a document that proves it at the time of registration in the registration system (ECOS). The verification of this document may take up to 1 business day.
Only after validation by the SBC team will the payment methods be released. The registrant will receive informative emails at all stages of the evolution of the registration for BRACIS 2026.
Payment Methods
Payment for registrations can be made by bank slip, credit card, debit from a Banco do Brasil account, commitment note and billing, through the SBC registration system.
Payments by bank slip and debit will end on October 15, 2026; payments by credit card, commitment note and billing will be open until the last day of the event.
In the case of registrations by commitment note and billing, the participant must access the system and register, select the payment method “commitment note” or “billing” and click on pay. Then, the system will provide the necessary information that must be included in the commitment note or billing request.
Registration for Authors
The publication fee applies exclusively to the publication of full papers in the main proceedings of the SBBD, BRACIS, ENIAC, STIL, and KDMiLe events. Each Professional registration entitles the author to publish one full paper in the main proceedings of the aforementioned events. Authors of full papers registered under other categories, or registered in the Professional category with more than one accepted full paper, must include an additional Publication Fee (to be informed) for each additional paper at the time of registration.
A registration will only be considered valid when its status appears as “Paid”, with the exception of registrations by commitment note or billing, which have a longer processing time, and registrations of institutional members entitled to exemption, which will be verified with SBC.
Cancellation Policy
Until September 29, 2026, a refund of 70% of the amount paid for the BRACIS registration can be made. After this date, there will be no refund of any amount paid.
The policy applies to both the cancellation of the registration and the cancellation of any additional activity. To request a cancellation, send an e-mail to faturamento@sbc.org.br.
